Hi, I'm Sarah, a Senior Manager of UX Design.

I currently work at Amazon, where I have worked on a diverse set of customer problems, including Prime Day, Customer Reviews, the List experience, and most recently a product focused on managing in our warehouses with empathy. I started my career as an urban designer, doing UX for cities, but now I do it for screens. Whether I'm designing complex multi-modal transportation systems, redeveloping entire sections of a city, designing a web flow or interaction, or managing a team and directing product strategy, it always comes down to the users. I believe a good user experience is more than just a well-designed web page, it's about making people's lives better.
